Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range between 3–7 business days within the United States after the order has been shipped.

JAVAI NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

JAVAI NOIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.
