Refund policy
At JAVAI NOIR, our products are released in limited quantities. JAVAI NOIR is an online-only store, and all orders are placed through our website and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, exchanges may be accepted for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery, depending on product availability.
To request an exchange, contact us at hello@javainoir.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@javainoir.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery, depending on inventory availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or used merchandise
- Washed merchandise
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Items returned outside the exchange window
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is approved after review.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
If a chargeback is filed with a bank or payment provider without first contacting JAVAI NOIR to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide supporting documentation, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery verification.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases.
